HVAC repair & installation · Ottawa, Ontario

Ottawa
runs on
good heat.

HVAC Ottawa Care keeps homes and businesses across Canada's National Capital Region warm in February and cool in July. Furnace and air conditioner repair and installation — (555) 010-2030

Scroll — the year in three chapters ↓
Chapter 01 — Winter

January
belongs to the furnace.

When it's −25°C and the house goes quiet, that's a furnace asking for help. We repair gas furnaces across Ottawa — ignitors, blower motors, control boards, flame sensors — and we treat a no-heat call like the emergency it is.

Sometimes the honest answer is a new furnace. High-efficiency installation, sized to the house and the ductwork, old unit hauled away. And between the two extremes sits the humble tune-up: burners cleaned, airflow measured, filter replaced — the visit that keeps January uneventful.

  • → Furnace installation — high-efficiency replacement

Chapter 02 — Summer

July
belongs to the condenser.

Ottawa summers are short, humid and unforgiving to a tired air conditioner. Weak airflow, warm air, ice on the coil, a unit that short-cycles — we diagnose first and quote the repair before touching a wrench.

When the compressor's done, we install. A new central AC matched to the house — never oversized, never undersized — commissioned, tested and explained in plain language before we leave.

  • → AC installation — right-sized, commissioned, tested

Chapter 03 — All year

The rest
is maintenance.

Most breakdowns send invitations months in advance. A tune-up catches them: heating systems checked before the cold, cooling checked before the humidity, inspections for buyers and sellers who want the truth about the equipment in writing.

And for businesses — offices, shops, small industrial spaces — we run scheduled maintenance plans on rooftop and split systems, on your hours, with equipment logs so small problems stay small.

Questions

Asked often.

Do you service both homes and businesses?

Yes — residential and commercial. Houses, condos, offices, shops and small industrial spaces. Different equipment sizes, same standard of work.

What areas do you cover?

Ottawa and the surrounding National Capital Region — Kanata, Nepean, Gloucester, Barrhaven, Orléans, Stittsville and Gatineau. Call if you're nearby and unsure.

Do you repair as well as install?

Both, and repair comes first. We quote the fix before we ever mention replacement. A new system is recommended only when the numbers say so — and we show you the numbers.

How do I get a quote?

Call (555) 010-2030 or send the form. Describe the problem, we schedule a visit, you get the full price before any work begins. Installations are quoted on site.

What should I do if my furnace stops on a cold night?

Call us, then check three things: thermostat on heat and set above room temperature, filter not clogged, breaker not tripped. If those check out, stop resetting it and let a tech look — repeated failed starts can make things worse.
