Yoga studio — Wellington, New Zealand
We're a neighbourhood yoga studio in Wellington — heated vinyasa for the sweat, slow flow for the middle path, yin for the deep exhale. Most of us started exactly where you are: slightly nervous at the back of the room.
Every class is taught by certified teachers, every level genuinely welcome, and your first week is discounted so you can find your rhythm before committing.
Questions? Call (555) 010-2030 or write to [email protected].
MATS, BLOCKS, STRAPS & TOWELS PROVIDED — JUST BRING WATER.
Why we teach

Getting here
First visit
Heated classes cap numbers. Come early for a tour, a locker, and a chat about injuries — we'll tailor cues.
Water through the day; a light meal two hours before. Arriving depleted is the only real beginner mistake.
Child's pose is always available and never judged. Step out quietly for air if you need it.
We end with savasana, not a sprint. Water and electrolytes after — you'll sleep well tonight.
