The commitment

30-day
challenge

Thirty consecutive days of practice — the tradition that built this studio's community. Not about perfection: about showing up. One class per day counts; a missed day restarts the count. Finishers' names go on the studio wall.

Challenge rules

  1. One class per day counts; doubles don't count double.
  2. Missed a day — the count restarts. The discipline is the point.
  3. Hydrate, eat normally; the heat punishes fasting.
  4. Tell the front desk so we track you.
Recovery

After
the heat

Rehydrate with water and electrolytes. Eat within the hour — the heat punishes skipping meals. Soreness in week one is normal; sharp pain is not. Tell the teacher either way.

Privates

One-to-one posture correction and injury-aware sequencing in the hot room, scheduled around your week. $120 for 60 minutes (Sample).

Before
you come

First visit

Arrive 20 minutes early. Bring a yoga mat, a large towel to cover it, and at least a liter of water. Wear as little as you are comfortable in. Eat lightly two hours before. Tell the teacher it is your first class — they will keep an eye on you.

Why 105°F

Warm muscles stretch more safely, the heart works harder at the same effort, and the fixed sequence removes decisions — what remains is concentration. The heat is the teacher's assistant, not the teacher.

Questions

I've never done yoga. Can I handle 105°F?
Yes — start with Hot 60 and sit out any posture you need to. Everyone's first class is humbling; the second is already easier.
What should I bring?
A mat, a large towel for the mat, and plenty of water. We rent mats and sell towels at the desk if you forget.
Is hot yoga safe?
For most healthy adults, yes. If you are pregnant, have heart issues, or take medication affected by heat, check with your doctor first and tell the teacher.
How often should I come?
Three times a week is the sweet spot most regulars land on. Daily practice is fine once your body adapts — usually two to three weeks.
Do I need to book ahead?
Walk-ins are welcome, but evening classes fill up. Booking online guarantees your spot in the room.
Where do I park?
Garage and street parking around SW 1st Ave; the studio is steps from the Brickell Metrorail and Metromover stations.
