HOT YOGA · BRICKELL · EST. 2011
Hot 60 express, Hot 90 classic, intro month, privates. Room heated to 105°F.
The room sits at 105°F. The sequence is hatha-based and fixed — the same postures in the same order, every class — so progress is measured against yourself. Sixty minutes for the express format, ninety for the full classic. The heat warms muscles fast, the fixed order removes decisions, and what remains is concentration.
Format 01
Hot 60
The full heat in sixty minutes. Condensed sequence, standing and floor series, two breathing exercises. Where every beginner starts.
The promise
Same room. Same heat. Same sequence.
The sequence never changes — you do. Day one humbles everyone; day two is already easier.
Format 02
Hot 90
The complete traditional sequence, unhurried. Ninety minutes for experienced students.
New students
The $79 intro month
Thirty days, unlimited Hot 60 classes, one price. Come three to four times a week and the sequence stops feeling foreign by week two. Bring a mat towel and a large water bottle; day one humbles everyone and day two is already easier. New students only — the cheapest way to find out whether the hot room is for you.
The challenge
30 days
Thirty consecutive days of practice. Not about perfection — about showing up. Finishers' names go on the studio wall.
First visit
Come early
Arrive 20 minutes before class. Mat, large towel, a liter of water. Eat lightly two hours before. Tell the teacher it's your first time.
Recovery
After the heat
Rehydrate with water and electrolytes, not just water. Eat within the hour — the heat punishes skipping meals. Restorative sleep comes easier on practice days; most regulars plan their hardest classes for days they can sleep well after. Soreness in week one is normal; sharp pain is not — tell the teacher either way.
Posture correction and injury-aware sequencing in the hot room, scheduled around your week. $120 for 60 minutes (Sample).
Feel the heat.
Your first month is $79, unlimited. Thirty days to learn the sequence, find your rhythm in the 105°F room, and decide if this is your practice. Bring a towel — we will take care of the rest.
