What we do

• Domestic installation — air conditioning for homes, from a single bedroom unit to a whole-house system. We survey each room, size the equipment honestly, and fit with minimal disruption — most single-room jobs finished in a day. Spread the cost over 12 monthly payments.
• Commercial systems — cooling and climate control for shops, offices, salons, restaurants and server rooms, designed around footfall, equipment heat and trading hours. Bespoke financial packages for businesses, with tax benefits on qualifying installations.
• Maintenance & servicing — annual servicing that keeps efficiency high, energy bills low and your parts warranty valid. Filters, refrigerant, electrics and airflow checked, cleaned and logged, with a written report after every visit.
• Repairs — fault-finding and repair across all major brands. Blowing warm, leaking water, rattling or completely dead: diagnosed properly, priced before we start, repaired wherever it makes sense.

How a job runs: 1) Site survey — we visit, measure up and talk through cooling, heating or both, no obligation. 2) Written proposal — the right-sized system, the honest price, payment options in plain English. 3) Installation — fitted cleanly, tested and commissioned before we leave. 4) Aftercare — warranty registered, controls demonstrated, annual servicing plan on offer.

03 — Warranty & finance Sample

Covered & affordable

• Minimum 3-year parts warranty on every system we install — standard, no small print.
• +2 years extra on Mitsubishi Electric systems: we are a Mitsubishi Electric accredited installer, so those installations carry 5 years of parts cover in total.
• 12 monthly payments for domestic customers; finance up to £50,000 spread over 10 years for larger projects; bespoke commercial packages with tax benefits.

• Homes: modern air conditioning heats as well as cools — one discreet wall unit working as an efficient heat pump through winter and proper cooling through summer. Quiet enough for bedrooms, controlled from your phone.
• Business: comfortable staff, comfortable customers, protected stock and servers. Multi-zone systems designed around how your premises work, serviced outside trading hours.
