We survey the space, size the units to the rooms — not the catalogue — and fit everything neatly: pipework concealed, electrics certified, condensate drained properly. Trade B — Care
A serviced system is a cheap system to run. Annual servicing keeps efficiency up, filters clean and manufacturer warranties valid. We run planned maintenance for homes, offices, shops and server rooms — one visit a year, everything checked, nothing left to guess.
Trade C — Climate
Comfort is heating and cooling working together. We upgrade ventilation, add heat-pump heating and balance whole-building climate so winter mornings and heatwave afternoons feel the same: unremarkable, in the best way. One team, one point of contact, no finger-pointing between trades.
Trade D — Rescue
When the unit dies in a heatwave, speed matters. We diagnose properly — refrigerant, electrics, controls, airflow — and carry the parts to fix most faults on the first visit. If a unit is beyond sensible repair, we'll tell you straight and price the replacement honestly.
