Yoga & healing arts — Seattle, WA
001 / What we teach
We are a community committed to strengthening our hearts, minds, bodies, and spirits through the practice of yoga and the healing arts. Every class meets you exactly where you are — whether it is your first morning on a mat or your thousandth. Come as you are. Leave steadier than you came.
Seven class styles, one intention: a practice that fits your body, your energy, and your week. All levels welcome — instructors offer modifications in every class.
A sanctuary of stillness. Long, fully supported poses with bolsters and blankets that settle the nervous system and invite total relaxation. Best for deep rest, recovery, and stressful seasons.
Slow, quiet, and deeply grounding. Long-held floor poses release tension in the fascia and help energy move through the body's meridians — like a full-body exhale.
A steady, accessible flow that builds heat slowly. Longer holds, mindful transitions, and a restorative cool-down. Movement without overwhelm.
Breath-led movement through dynamic, expressive sequences. Builds warmth, strength, and stretch — energizing, embodied, and creative.
A hybrid of yin and flow: deep opening stretches, a moderate vinyasa middle, and stillness to close. Balanced, opening, integrated.
Mindful strength for core activation, alignment, and controlled movement. Pilates builds stability and body awareness with breath and intention.
Athletic and challenging: powerful transitions, core work, and optional arm balances or inversions. You will sweat — safely and mindfully.
Rest in a wash of tone from singing bowls and chimes. No experience needed — just lie back and listen.
Gentle energy work with a practitioner. Sessions are quiet, fully clothed, and deeply calming.
Guided sits for beginners and returning practitioners. Learn to watch the mind without chasing it.
Rotating specialty sessions — seasonal themes, guest teachers, and community gatherings.
