Hardacker Roofing LLC is a Phoenix roofing contractor with more than eighty years on Valley rooftops. We are licensed, bonded and insured, carry an A+ BBB accreditation, and are GAF certified. Our work covers the full life of a roof: tile and shingle re-roofs, spray foam roofing, reflective roof coatings, flat and metal systems, waterproof walk decks, repairs, and inspections. We also roof custom homes and new construction, and we take on light commercial projects.

What has kept us in business since 1943 is not complicated: show up, get on the roof, explain what you see in plain language, and price the work honestly. Every project starts with a free on-site visit and a detailed written estimate. We walk you through the options — repair versus recoat versus re-roof — and let you decide with real numbers. Financing is available for larger jobs; ask us during the quote and we will go through it line by line.

Is the on-site quote really free? +

Yes — free visit, free detailed written estimate, no obligation. We come out, get on the roof, and document what we find. You keep the estimate whether or not you hire us.

How long does a foam roof last, and when does it need recoating? +

The foam itself can last decades; the coating that shields it from UV needs renewing on a cycle. In Phoenix sun, have the coating checked roughly every 10–15 years. We measure coating thickness on inspection and tell you plainly whether a recoat is due.

Do you offer financing? +

Yes, financing options are available. Bring it up during the free quote and we will walk through the options before you commit to anything.
