Panel 05 / FAQ
Questions.
I've never done yoga. Where do I start?
Start with Gentle yoga — a softer pace with props and options. Tell the teacher it's your first class.
What's the difference between Hatha and Yin?
Hatha is active practice — postures linked with breath. Yin is stillness — long-held poses targeting deep tissue. Many students do both.
Tell me about the 200-hour training.
