A well-kept yardis a quiet argument.
We make it for you, and then we keep making it — week after week, season after season.
Gaston Landscaping Services, LLC is a small Miami crew doing lawn care, landscape design, and full grounds maintenance for homes and commercial properties. We mow, edge, trim, plant, mulch, and clean up — and we stay around afterward to keep everything we touched looking the way it did on day one.
Our work is simple to describe: show up on schedule, do the unglamorous parts properly, and leave the property better than we found it. No upsells, no mystery line items, no crews that vanish mid-season.
Miami grows fast — grass, weeds, hedges, expectations. Somebody has to keep the green parts deliberate.
Eight services,
one standard.
Everything below is work we do every week, with our own crew and our own equipment. If it isn't on this list, ask anyway — the answer is usually yes, and the quote is free.

Walkthrough
We visit, measure, and listen. You tell us what bothers you about the yard and what you want it to feel like. We take notes and photos, and we tell you honestly what a realistic timeline looks like.
Plain quote
One written quote, itemized in plain language. What's included, what isn't, when it happens. Sample prices on this page give you the shape of it; your quote is specific to your property.
The work
Our own crew, our own equipment, on the days we said. Design jobs get a sketch for approval first. Maintenance jobs start with a first visit that usually takes a little longer — we're learning your property.
Keep it
The part most companies skip. Scheduled return visits, seasonal adjustments, and a standing invitation to text us a photo if something looks off between visits. The yard stays deliberate.
Why I started this company,
in my own words
Founder, Gaston Landscaping Services, LLC
I started this company with a used mower, a borrowed trailer, and a simple observation: in Miami, everybody's yard is fighting the climate, and most of the help people hire is fighting the schedule. I figured if I just did the opposite — showed up when I said I would, and treated the boring parts like they mattered — I'd never run out of work. So far, that's been true.
The boring parts are the whole business. Edging. Blowing off the driveway after, not before, the mow. Sharpening blades so the grass is cut, not torn. Checking that the new mulch isn't smothering the root flare. Nobody photographs these things, but everybody notices when they're missing — usually about two weeks later, when the yard looks tired and nobody can say why.
I also learned that a landscape is a promise you make to the future. When we design a bed, I'm picturing it in three years: the clusia filled in, the palm with clearance, the irrigation still reaching everything. That's why we offer the full cycle — design, install, maintain — instead of planting something pretty and disappearing. I'd rather maintain my own work than apologize for someone else's.
On the eco side: this is South Florida. Water matters, chemicals run off into places they shouldn't, and half the plants people default to are thirsty imports. We push native and adapted species, mulch instead of bare soil, and targeted care instead of blanket spraying. It's not a marketing line; it's just cheaper and better in the long run, and the long run is where we live.
If you hire us, you'll get my crew and my standards, and my phone number if something's off. That's the entire pitch. — G.

SAMPLE PRICING — these figures are illustrative examples only, not a quote. Every property is different: size, slope, access, and current condition all change the number. Your free walkthrough ends with a written, itemized quote in plain language.
Before you ask.
Do you serve both homes and businesses? +
Yes. Roughly half our schedule is residential — single-family homes and townhouses — and half is commercial: office fronts, retail, HOAs, and rental properties. Commercial accounts get a fixed scope, a fixed schedule, and one monthly invoice.
How is the quote actually calculated? +
We walk the property and price it on size, terrain, access, and current condition — an overgrown half-acre costs more to tame than to maintain, and we say so upfront. The quote is written and itemized. The sample prices on this page are examples only, not quotes.
What happens between visits if something looks wrong? +
Text us a photo. If it's something we did or missed, we come back and fix it. If it's something new — irrigation leak, storm damage, a plant failing — we'll tell you what it is and what it costs before touching it.
Do I need to be home during the visit? +
No. Most of our recurring clients aren't. We need gate or yard access arranged once, and then we work around your schedule. You'll get a message when we're done, with photos if you want them.
What does "eco-minded" mean in practice? +
Mulching mowers that feed the lawn instead of bagging it, native and adapted plantings that need less water, mulch instead of bare soil, targeted treatments instead of blanket spraying, and green waste composted or recycled where the county allows. Practical stuff, not slogans.
Do you do one-time cleanups, or only recurring plans? +
Both. Seasonal and post-storm cleanups are a standing service — we'll clear the overgrowth, cut everything back, haul it away, and leave you with a yard that's ready for a maintenance plan or your own mower.
