Gaston Landscaping Services, LLC handles the whole cycle — design, installation, and year-round maintenance — so one crew that already knows your property does it all. Still owner-run, still answering our own phone.

Gaston Landscaping
Our story

Gaston Landscaping Services, LLC started with a used mower, a pickup truck, and a stubborn belief: a yard should look like somebody cares about it. We began with weekly mowing routes in Miami neighborhoods and grew the slow way — one referral at a time, one sharp edge at a time.

Today we handle the full cycle for homes and commercial properties: landscape design, planting and installation, then the ongoing maintenance that keeps it all looking intentional. Because the same crew designs, plants, and maintains your landscape, nothing gets lost between contractors — we remember where the drainage dips and which corner burns out every August.

We work with Miami's climate instead of fighting it: plants chosen for heat and afternoon downpours, watering schedules that don't waste a drop, mulch from local tree services, and a light hand with chemicals. If a plant won't thrive here, we won't sell it to you. That's the whole philosophy — right plant, right spot, kept up on schedule.

What we do

08 SERVICES
/ 01

Lawn mowing

We mow on a schedule that matches how fast your grass actually grows — weekly through the rainy season, every other week when it slows down. Every visit includes trimming around fences, posts, and AC units, and we alternate mowing patterns so the turf never develops ruts.

Clippings are mulched back into the lawn to feed it, unless you'd rather we bag and haul them.

/ 02

Edging & detailing

Crisp edges along driveways, sidewalks, and bed lines are what make a yard look finished, so we edge every single visit — not just when it starts looking rough. Before we leave, we blow clippings and debris off every hard surface.

It's a small detail and the first one neighbors notice. We treat it that way.

/ 03

Landscape design

Design starts with a walkthrough of your property: sun exposure, drainage, soil, and how you actually use the yard. We build a planting plan around those realities instead of copying a look from a photo.

You get a plant list with mature sizes and spacing, so nothing outgrows its spot in two years — and a layout your future maintenance crew (hopefully us) can actually keep up.

/ 04

Planting & installation

We install everything we design — beds, shrubs, small trees, and sod — and we're glad to plant from a plan you already have, too. Every plant goes in with amended soil, a proper watering basin, and a deep first watering.

Sample warranty terms — replace with actual policy. After that, our maintenance plans keep it alive.

/ 05

Hedge trimming & pruning

Hedges get shaped by hand or with power trimmers depending on the plant and the look you want — tight and formal, or loose and natural. We prune each species in its right season so we never cut off the next round of blooms.

All cuttings are hauled away the same day. Your curb never sits under a pile of branches overnight.

/ 06

Mulch beds

We re-cut bed edges, pull the weeds, and lay fresh mulch at a proper two-to-three-inch depth — never piled against trunks, which rots bark. Good mulch holds moisture through Miami heat and keeps weeds down for months.

Most beds want a refresh about once a year. We can fold it into your maintenance schedule so you never have to think about it.

/ 07

Seasonal cleanups

After storm season — or before the holidays, when the whole family is coming over — we do full-property cleanups: fallen branches, palm fronds, leaf litter, overgrown edges, the works. It's the fastest way to make a neglected yard look intentional again.

Book it as a one-time reset, or roll it into a maintenance plan and never watch the yard slide in the first place.

/ 08

Commercial property care

We maintain storefronts, offices, HOAs, and rental properties on fixed schedules with one point of contact. Crews show up in marked shirts, work around your business hours, and send a short written report after each visit.

One vendor for mowing, beds, hedges, and cleanups keeps the whole property consistent — and gives you one number to call when something needs attention.

02 — Process & pricing

How it works.

No mystery quotes, no disappearing contractors. Four steps, same crew throughout, and you always know what happens next — whether it's a one-time cleanup or a landscape we maintain for years.

01

Walkthrough

We visit your property, walk it with you, and listen first. You tell us what's working, what's driving you crazy, and what the yard needs to do for you — kids, dogs, tenants, curb appeal.

We take measurements and photos so the quote is built on your actual property, not a guess from the street.

02

Written proposal

Within a few days you get a plain-English proposal: exactly what we'll do, what it costs, and when we'd start. The sample prices below give you a starting point, but every quote is priced from your yard's size and condition.

No fine print, no pressure. The numbers sit with you as long as you need them to.

03

Installation / first service

For design projects, we schedule the install and handle everything — plants, soil, mulch, irrigation adjustments, and full cleanup. For maintenance, your first visit is a reset: we bring the property up to standard, then settle into the regular rhythm.

Be home or don't. Either way, you get a message when we're finished, with photos if you want them.

04

Ongoing care

Lawns and landscapes are never truly "done," so most clients stay on a simple recurring schedule. We show up on the same day, do the agreed work, and flag problems early — a struggling shrub, pests, a bed edge collapsing — before they turn expensive.

Pause, scale back, or change the plan anytime with a week's notice. No contracts locking you in.

Sample pricing

Every yard is different — size, slope, access, and current condition all move the number. Treat these as honest starting points.

Your written proposal, built after the walkthrough, is the real price. It never changes mid-job unless you ask us to add work.

03 — FAQ & contact

Let's talk yard.

Where do you work?

We're based in Miami and serve the surrounding neighborhoods. If you're nearby and not sure you're in range, call us — if we can't reasonably reach you, we'll tell you straight instead of quoting a job we'll do badly.

Do you take one-time jobs?

Yes. Seasonal cleanups, one-off hedge trims, mulch refreshes, pre-sale yard spruce-ups — all fine as single visits. Plenty of one-time clients end up on a schedule once they see the difference, but there's no obligation.

How do I get a quote?

Call or email us with your address and what you need. We'll set up a walkthrough, usually within a few days, and follow up with a written proposal. The walkthrough and quote are free — we'd rather see the property than guess at it.

Why show sample prices at all?

Because "call for pricing" is annoying. The samples on this page are real starting points from jobs we've actually done, so you can tell in ten seconds whether we're in your budget. Your final quote is still built from your specific property — that's the number that counts.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes — commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, fuel, and haul-away, all on the truck. You don't need to own or store a thing. If your HOA has noise or timing rules, tell us and we'll plan around them.

What happens when it rains?

We shift the schedule, not the quality. Mowing soaked turf tears it up and spreads disease, so we'd rather come a day later than do a bad job on time. You'll always get a message when your day moves — no wondering where we are.

Do you work with HOAs or property managers?

Yes, that's a big part of our commercial work. Fixed schedules, one point of contact, written reports after each visit, and invoicing your office can actually file. Tell us your community's standards and we'll maintain to them.
