Who we are

We’re proud Austinites who believe a yard should work with Texas, not against it. For over a decade we’ve designed landscapes that drink less water, stand up to August heat, and still turn heads on the block.

Your outdoor space is our canvas. From the first sketch to seasonal maintenance, we craft custom, artistic landscapes that fit your property and your life — water-wise xeriscapes, shady pergola patios, stone terraces, clean modern turf. Nothing copy-paste: every plan starts with how you actually use your yard.

Sustainability isn’t a buzzword for us, it’s the business model. Native plants, smart irrigation, and proper drainage mean lower water bills and fewer headaches year after year. We serve homeowners across Austin, Georgetown and Leander with crews that show up on time and clean up like we were never there.

10 disciplines / one crew
  1. 01

    Landscape design

    Plan first

Thoughtful layouts matched to your lot, your light, and your lifestyle. We sketch how you’ll move, sit, grill, and play — then plant around that, not the other way around.

  2. 02

    Xeriscape & native planting

    Water-wise

Our signature. Drought-tough native palettes that cut irrigation demand dramatically while looking intentional and lush — built for Central Texas soil and sun.

  3. 03

    Outdoor living areas

    Patios / Pergolas / Decks

Stone patios, cedar pergolas, and custom decks that turn dead square footage into the room you use most. Shade, seating, flow — engineered for Texas evenings.

  4. 04

    Retaining walls

    Structure

Hillside terraces and structural walls that hold soil, fix drainage, and add architecture. Proper footing and backfill — walls that don’t bow, lean, or crack.

  5. 05

    Artificial turf

    Zero mow

Lush, low-maintenance turf that stays green through drought restrictions. A favorite for families, dog owners, and putting-green corners.

  6. 06

    Irrigation install & repair

    Efficient

Smart systems zoned by plant need — plus fast diagnostics and repairs when a zone goes rogue. Water where it counts, nowhere it doesn’t.

  7. 07

    Sod, mulch & cleanups

    Refresh

Fresh sod that roots fast, mulch that feeds soil and smothers weeds, and full yard cleanups that reset an overgrown property in a day or two.

  8. 08

    Tree care & mowing

    Upkeep

Trimming, pruning, and storm-response tree work — plus recurring mowing with crisp edges, so the yard always looks like someone cares. Because we do.

  9. 09

    Fences & driveways

    Boundaries

Sturdy, cleanly built fences for privacy and pets; driveways rebuilt to drain right and frame the house properly. First impressions start at the curb.

  10. 10

    Junk removal

    Clear out

Old sheds, dead trees, construction debris — we haul it so your project starts with a clean slate. One call, gone by Friday.

Deep dive — 01

Xeriscape
that drinks less.

Austin water rates reward restraint. Our xeriscape conversions replace thirsty turf with layered native planting, gravel mulch, and drip zones — yards that look designed, not deserted.

40% less

Typical irrigation reduction clients report after a full xeriscape conversion with drip zoning.

  • a.Native palettes: salvia, yucca, muhly grass and 60+ proven Central Texas performers.
  • b.Drip zoning: water matched to plant need, on a timer you’ll never touch.
  • c.Soil prep: compost and expanded shale so limestone soil actually drains.

Deep dive — 02

Outdoor rooms
you’ll live in.

A patio isn’t a slab — it’s a second living room. We design the shade, the seating wall, the string-light line, and the path from your back door so the space pulls you outside.

  • a.Stone patios: flagstone and pavers laid on compacted base — no rocking chairs on rocking stones.
  • b.Pergola patios: cedar shade structures sized for dining sets and hammocks alike.
  • c.Decks: solid, code-built platforms that meet the yard where it is.
  • d.Walkways: pavers and stepping stone that connect it all without muddy shortcuts.

Deep dive — 03

Walls that
hold the hill.

Austin’s slopes eat lazy walls for breakfast. We engineer retaining walls with proper footing, geogrid, and drainage behind every face — then make them beautiful enough to be the feature.

  • a.Terracing: turn an unusable slope into planted levels you can actually walk.
  • b.Drainage first: French drains and weep systems so hydrostatic pressure never wins.
  • c.Materials: limestone, block, and timber matched to your home’s character.

Deep dive — 04

Turf without
the water bill.

For play areas, pets, and putting practice, modern artificial turf is the honest answer. Pet-friendly infill, proper drainage base, seams you can’t find.

  • a.Families: soft, mud-free play surface that survives cleats and summers.
  • b.Pet owners: antimicrobial infill and wash-through drainage — no dead spots, no smell.
  • c.Golfers: backyard putting greens with true roll, cut to your break.

Honest numbers,
before we start.

Every yard is different, so these are planning ranges — not quotes. Your free consult ends with a written, line-item estimate. No surprises, no “while we’re at it” upsells.

How it works

01

Walk & talk

We visit your property, listen to what’s driving you crazy, and measure everything. You get straight answers about what’s possible and what it costs.

02

Design

A clear plan with plant lists, materials, and a line-item price. You approve every detail before a single shovel hits dirt.

03

Build

Our own crews — not day labor — do the work on a schedule we commit to in writing. Daily cleanup, constant communication.

04

Maintain

Seasonal care plans keep it looking like week one: mowing, pruning, irrigation checks, mulch refresh. Set it and forget it.

Asked
often.

How much does a xeriscape conversion cost?

Most front-yard conversions land between $4,000 and $12,000 (sample figures) depending on size, grading, and plant maturity. Because xeriscapes slash irrigation, many clients see the water savings pay back a meaningful chunk within a few seasons. Your consult includes a written estimate — free.

Which areas do you serve?

Austin, Georgetown, and Leander, Texas — plus surrounding Central Texas communities. If you’re nearby and unsure, call (512) 877-6650 and ask; we’d rather say yes.

Do you offer recurring maintenance?

Yes — mowing, pruning, irrigation checks, and seasonal cleanups on weekly, biweekly, or seasonal plans. Plenty of clients start with a project and stay for the upkeep.

How do I book a consultation?

Call (512) 877-6650 or send a message with your address and a photo or two of the yard. We usually schedule the walk-through within a week, and the design consult itself is free.

Will my yard survive Austin summers?

That’s the whole point of designing for Central Texas. We spec heat-tested natives, zone irrigation by plant need, and prep limestone soil to drain — so July doesn’t undo June’s work.

Grow your
dream yard.
