We walk every slope and photograph wear, hail marks, soft decking, and flashing failures. You get the photos with the estimate — the claims come with evidence attached.
02 — SCOPE
In writing, line by line
Materials by brand, labor, tear-off and disposal, decking terms, permits. A fixed number you can compare against any other bid, apple to apple.
03 — BUILD
Tear-off to dry-in, same day
The old roof comes off and the new underlayment goes down before nightfall. Your home is never left exposed overnight — that's procedure, not luck.
04 — HANDOVER
Walk it with us
Roof walkthrough together, gutters cleared, yard raked, rolling magnet sweep for nails. You sign off when it's right, not when we're tired.

Age and pattern tell the story. Under fifteen years with damage in one area, repair usually wins. Widespread granule loss or soft decking across multiple slopes points to replacement. We show you the photos either way.
Will you work with my insurance company? +
Yes. Damage documented to adjuster standard, and we're happy to meet them on the roof and review the scope with you afterward.
What happens if it rains during the job? +
Tarps are staged on every job and the forecast is checked daily. Exposed deck gets covered immediately — standard procedure.
Do I need to be home while you work? +
No. We need driveway access and pets kept clear. The final walkthrough fits your schedule, and the photo report arrives either way.
