1949

The first truck

The Estes family starts a heating business in Atlanta with one truck and a rule: show up when you say you will, and do the work like it’s your own mother’s house. Word spreads over fences and kitchen tables, and the company grows one kept promise at a time.

1970s–90s

The second generation

The founder’s children expand into air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical — one trusted family for the whole house. They earn the Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer distinction, holding the company to factory training standards few dealers attempt.

The third generation

The third generation leads licensed, NATE-certified technicians across metro Atlanta, backed by 6,000+ reviews and a 4.9-star average. The tools changed. The promise didn’t.
