Half the AC calls we get aren’t broken equipment — they’re bad airflow. Hot bedrooms, a freezing basement, a unit that runs all day. We measure airflow room by room before recommending anything, then fix the distribution, the refrigerant charge, or the unit itself — in that order. Water / hot, soft, clean
A leaking tank on a Sunday morning can’t wait for Monday. We carry common tank sizes on the truck and can usually have hot water back the same day. For the longer view: tankless systems for endless hot water (we’ll check your gas line and venting honestly first — it’s excellent, but not for every house), plus softeners for hard GTA water and whole-home filtration tested at your tap.

What does a visit cost?
We quote after we look — every home is different. Diagnostic visits are priced up front before we roll the truck, and the on-site quote is the price you pay. If we find something different mid-job, we stop and talk first.
How do I know whether to repair or replace?
By the math, shown to you. Unit age, repair cost, efficiency gains, and any live rebates — laid out side by side. If a repair buys you years cheaply, we say repair.
Do heat pumps really work here in winter?
Yes, when sized and specified for it. Cold-climate models keep heating well below −20°C. Many installs keep the existing furnace as backup for the coldest nights.
Can you help with rebates and financing?
Yes. We check which Ontario rebate programs are live before your install and handle the paperwork. Financing is available on larger installs — ask and we’ll lay out the terms plainly.
