Do you accept new patients? Can I get a same-day appointment?+
Yes — new patients are welcome, and same-day appointments are available. We understand dental emergencies can't wait, so call us in the morning and we'll do our best to fit you in the same day. For routine visits, most new-patient appointments are available within the week.
I'm anxious about dental visits. Do you offer sedation?+
Yes. Many of our patients chose us specifically because they're nervous. We offer local anaesthetic, happy gas and IV sedation for patients who need extra support — plus ceiling-mounted TVs and a genuinely gentle approach. Tell us you're anxious when you book and we'll plan around it.
Can I use my health fund?+
Yes — we accept all major health funds, including Bupa, HCF, AHM, Medibank and NIB, with on-the-spot claiming through HICAPS so you only pay the gap. No cover? We offer payment plans through AfterPay, ZipPay and Denticare.
