Most plumbing work is invisible. Ours shouldn't be noticed either — water where it should be, pressure where you expect it, and a bill with no surprises. We turn up on time, we explain the fix before we touch a wrench, and we clean up like we were never there.
Eagle Plumbing is a locally run plumbing outfit serving homes and businesses across Auckland. We handle the unglamorous middle of the trade — maintenance, repairs, replacements — plus full bathroom and kitchen plumbing for renovations. If it carries water, we fix it, fit it, or find the leak.
We're certifying plumbers, fully insured, and we put everything in writing before work starts: what we're doing, what it costs, and when it's done. No hourly-meter anxiety. Emergency callouts run around the clock because burst pipes don't keep office hours.

03 — How we work with you
CARD 01 / EMERGENCY
Call the number. A real plumber answers, talks you through isolating the water over the phone, and gets a van rolling. We prioritise make-safe work: stop the damage first, then fix it properly in daylight if that's smarter and cheaper for you.
CARD 02 / RESIDENTIAL
From dripping taps to full bathroom plumbing, residential jobs get a written quote before we start, shoe covers on at the door, and a walkthrough when we finish. We photograph before and after so you can see exactly what changed.
CARD 03 / COMMERCIAL
Cafés, offices, retail, and rental portfolios: scheduled maintenance, compliance testing, and priority response slots. One point of contact, job sheets with photos, invoicing that your accounts team will actually enjoy.

Based in Auckland and on the road daily across the region. If you're inside the motorway ring or out in the suburbs, we're probably already nearby. Not sure you're covered? Call and ask — the answer is usually yes.
Emergency callouts run region-wide, 24/7. Standard bookings are scheduled by zone so travel time doesn't become your bill.
05 — Process
Call or send the form below. Tell us what's happening in plain words — "the shower's gone cold" is a perfect brief. We'll ask a few diagnostic questions and give you an honest read on urgency and likely cost.
For standard work you get a fixed written quote. For diagnostics (hidden leaks, mystery blockages) you get a capped investigation price. Nothing starts until you've said yes to a number.
Drop sheets down, shoe covers on, photos before and after. If we find something unexpected mid-job, we stop, explain, and re-quote — we don't bury extras in the final invoice.
We show you the finished work, test everything in front of you, and hand over a 12-month workmanship warranty in writing. If our fix fails, we come back and make it right.

08 — FAQ
No — standard residential quotes are free and obligation-free. Diagnostic work (finding a hidden leak, camera inspection of a drain) has a capped investigation fee, which we tell you before we start, and it's credited against the repair if you go ahead with us.
We target under an hour inside central Auckland, traffic permitting. When you call, we'll give you an honest ETA and talk you through isolating your water or gas in the meantime so damage stops while we're on the way.
Yes — certifying plumbers, fully insured, and we provide compliance documentation (certificates of compliance where required by NZ regulation) on completion. Ask us for licence details any time; we're happy to show them.
Absolutely — most of our bathroom and kitchen work is alongside builders. We do the rough-in and fit-off to your builder's schedule and coordinate directly with them so you don't have to play project manager.
All of Auckland: North Shore, West, Central, East, and South including Papakura. Emergency callouts are region-wide. If you're just outside Auckland, call anyway — for larger jobs we travel further.

Plain words are fine. "Toilet won't stop running" beats a technical diagnosis every time. We reply to quote requests the same working day; emergencies should always call.
