Spray foam roofing contractor — Phoenix, Arizona. Family-run since 1989. We spray foam, recoat it, repair it, and chase down leaks the same day the monsoon hits. Tile, shingle and flat roofs too. Free inspections, always.
Chapter 01 — The crew
Durafoam Roofing is a family business in Phoenix, Arizona — not a call center, not a franchise. The person who climbs up to look at your roof is the person whose name is on the truck. We made our name with spray foam roofing: a seamless, lightweight membrane that suits the way this city builds — flat and low-slope roofs, punishing sun, and monsoon bursts that hunt for weak seams. Around here a foam roof wants a fresh elastomeric coating about every five years, and we do that work as faithfully as the original spray. Along the way we picked up the rest of the trade: tile and shingle roofs, flat-roof repairs, skylights, and full commercial systems. The inspection has always been free. The quote is always in writing. And when monsoon season arrives, leak calls jump the line — same-day response, because storms don't keep office hours.
Chapter 02 — Services
Full SPF systems for flat and low-slope roofs. Liquid-applied, cures into one continuous skin — no seams to split, no fasteners to back out. The bright top coat reflects desert sun instead of absorbing it, and the foam itself insulates while it waterproofs.
The five-year rhythm. Wash, prep, and a fresh elastomeric coat so UV never reaches the foam. This is the maintenance step that decides whether a foam roof lasts decades.
We trace water to its entry point — flashing, penetrations, skylight curbs — instead of patching the stain. Same-day response during monsoon season.
Clay and concrete tile repair and replacement, including the underlayment that does the real waterproofing underneath.
Cracks, blisters, ponding damage — patched with matching foam and re-coated. Most residential foam repairs land between $300 and $1,500 (sample); every job quoted in writing after the free look.
Built-up and modified bitumen systems: seam failures, ponding, pulled flashing. If the roof is a foam candidate, we'll say so — it's often the better long-term answer.
Offices, retail, warehouses and HOAs across the Phoenix Valley. Foam systems, recoats and maintenance plans sized for big square footage, scheduled around your business hours so tenants and customers barely notice we're there.
Asphalt shingle repair and replacement for pitched Valley homes — wind-lifted tabs, tired valleys, full tear-offs when the roof is done.
Most "roof leaks" at a skylight are failed flashing or a worn curb. Re-flash, re-seal, or replace — and we check the surrounding roof while we're up there.
Scheduled checkups: drains cleared, coating inspected, penetrations re-sealed. The cheapest roof is the one you maintain.
Chapter 03 — Numbers
Roofing prices depend on size, slope, access and condition — anyone who prices your roof sight-unseen is guessing. These are honest sample ranges from work we actually do. The written quote after your free inspection is the real number.

How a job runs
Describe what you're seeing — a stain, a drip, coating worn thin. We ask a few questions and set a time.
We walk the roof, photograph everything, check the attic side when possible. Photos are yours either way.
Repair, recoat, or replace — in honest order of preference, each with its price. Sit with it as long as you like.
We arrive when we say we will, protect the landscaping, and leave the site clean enough to walk barefoot.
We review the finished work together, hand over warranty terms, and set the maintenance rhythm.
Chapter 04 — Straight answers
Yes — free, no obligation, photos included. We walk the roof, document what we find, and hand you the written findings. A fair share of inspections end with "you're fine for now," and we're glad to say it.
About every five years. Valley sun degrades the elastomeric top coat faster than milder climates do. Recoating on schedule keeps UV off the foam and is the main thing that decides how long the roof lasts.
Most residential foam repairs run $300–$1,500 (sample range). Size of the damaged area and the state of the surrounding coating set the number. The free inspection and written quote pin it down exactly before any work starts.
Yes. Foam is our specialty, but the same licensed crew — ROC 223900 L-42 — handles tile (including underlayment), asphalt shingles, flat roofs, skylights and commercial systems.
