Denver, Colorado — irrigation & landscape trade

DenverSprinkler & Landscape

Irrigation, landscaping, and outdoor construction built for Colorado weather. One crew, one phone number, and a simple rule we have always kept: write the quote down, show up when we say we will, and build it like the February freeze is coming — because in Denver, it is.

Why yards here
need a different crew

The short version

Denver yards live a hard life. Thin air, clay soil, spring snowstorms, and a freeze that can arrive in October and leave in May. A sprinkler system designed for a mild climate wastes water here and cracks pipes here. We size zones for low water pressure, set heads so they water the lawn instead of the sidewalk, and grade every job so meltwater runs away from the foundation. That, house after house, is the whole business plan.

The index of work

01

Landscaping

Full design and build: beds, mulch, rock, sod, and plantings selected for altitude, clay soil, and freeze–thaw cycles. Drainage, grade, and water use are planned before anything decorative goes in.

Design · Build
02

Sprinkler systems

Installation, repair, and full-system tune-ups. Spring startups, fall blowouts, head adjustments, valve work, and controller programming — the work that keeps water on the lawn and off the driveway.

Install · Repair
03

Fencing

Cedar and wood fence installation and repair. Privacy runs, clean property lines, and gates that actually latch when the wind picks up.

Install · Repair
04

Concrete flatwork

Driveways, patios, walkways, and slabs. Compacted base, correct slope, control joints cut in the right places, and drainage accounted for from day one.

Poured right
05

Retaining walls

Engineered block and stone walls that hold soil, fix slopes, and turn an unusable hill into flat space you can actually use.

Engineered
06

Grading & drainage

Re-sloping, swales, and drainage corrections that move water away from the foundation instead of toward it. Most "mystery basement water" starts in the yard.

Water control
07

Brick pavers

Paver patios and walkways on a proper compacted base. The base is the whole job; the pattern is the easy part.

Patios · Walks
08

Maintenance

Seasonal cleanups, bed refreshes, and mulch top-ups — the ongoing work that keeps a yard from sliding back to where it started.

Seasonal
09

Snow removal

Residential and commercial plowing, blowing, shoveling, and de-icing through the winter. Routes run before the morning commute.

Winter
10

Holiday lights

Design, installation, takedown, and storage of holiday lighting for homes, businesses, retail properties, and HOAs.

four visits

April — Spring

Startup

The system gets pressurized zone by zone. Every head is checked, adjusted, and replaced where needed; leaks are found now, before they water the sidewalk all summer. Controllers are reprogrammed for the season instead of left on last year's settings.

Visit 01 / 04Before the first mow
July — Summer

Mid-season check

Coverage audit in the heat: brown spots traced to their cause — a clogged nozzle, a tilted head, a zone running too short — instead of just adding minutes to the timer. Small problems get fixed while they are still small.

Visit 02 / 04When the heat arrives
October — Fall

Blowout & winterize

Compressed air clears every zone before the ground freezes. This is the visit that matters most: the single most expensive repair we see each spring is a system that skipped its fall blowout.

Visit 03 / 04Before the first hard freeze
December — Winter

Snow & lights

Plowing routes, shoveling, and de-icing through the storms — plus holiday lighting designed, installed, taken down, and stored, so January doesn't start with a ladder and a tangled box.

Visit 04 / 04Through the storms

How a job runs

Step 01

Walk the property

We come out and look at it in person — the grade, the soil, the water pressure, the sun. Quotes over the phone are guesses; we don't sell guesses. The visit is free.

Step 02

Written quote

Line items, not lump-sum mysteries. If the number is over your budget, say so — we will tell you what to phase, what to simplify, and what you can honestly do yourself.

Step 03

Scheduled build

A start date, a crew lead on site, and two-hour arrival windows instead of "sometime Tuesday." We keep the site clean enough that your neighbors don't hate us.

Step 04

Walkthrough

We walk it together when it's done, hand over the controller cheat sheet, and put the warranty in writing. If something isn't right, call — we'd rather fix it than hear about it later.

Asked often

Before the first sustained freeze — in Denver that usually means October. A blowout done in November after a hard freeze has already happened is often too late. Book early; the October calendar fills first.

Yes, and always on site. We won't price a yard we haven't walked — anything else is a guess dressed up as a quote.

Tell us the number. We'll phase the work, simplify materials, or point out the parts you can honestly handle yourself. We'd rather earn the job you'll call us back for than oversell the one in front of us.

Yes — commercial properties, retail, and HOAs, for irrigation, maintenance, snow removal, and holiday lighting. One contract, one point of contact.

The warranty is in writing on every quote. Call the same number you called to book — (555) 010-2030 — and we'll make it right.
