We are a family-run company, roofing Manchester since 2004. The first visit is done by the owner himself, every roof is fitted by our own qualified roofers, and qualifying work is certified under our NFRC Competent Person Scheme registration — so you get the official Building Regulations certificate without a council application or an inspector visit.
New roofs & re-roofs
Strip to the rafters, rebuild from the felt up. Natural slate, concrete tile, heritage stone — finished with a 10-year workmanship guarantee.
Flat roofing
EPDM rubber, GRP fibreglass and traditional lead for extensions, garages and dormers — correct drainage falls, modern insulation, guaranteed.
Loft conversions
Dormer, hip-to-gable and Velux-only. Most of a loft conversion is roofing work — our trade — with Building Regs certified in-house.
Repairs, done right
Slipped tiles, failed flashing, storm damage. If a repair will do the job properly, we repair — most are finished in a day.
Chimneys, gutters & Velux
Repointing and rebuilds, re-leading, fascias, soffits, guttering and roof window installations — the small jobs, done with big-job care.

Full re-roof
Terrace or semi, strip and rebuild in slate, tile or stone.
Flat roof renewal
EPDM, GRP or lead, with drainage falls and insulation.
