PLUMBING & HEATING — VANIER / OTTAWA — EST. 40+ YRS
01 / ABOUT
Water goes where it should, or it goes nowhere at all. For over forty years, that has been our whole job.
We are Cundell Plumbing & Heating, a plumbing and heating shop based at 328-A Gardner St in Vanier, Ottawa. We fix dripping taps and toilets that will not stop running, and we take on the big jobs too — complete bathroom renovations, new projects, high-rise condominiums and residential buildings. Our prices stay reasonable and our work stays plain and solid. We are open 24 hours, 7 days, because pipes do not check the clock before they burst. When water is where it should not be, call (613) 744-1133.
Mineral scale and corrosion choke flow over time. We clean lines out and repair the damaged sections, so taps run full again.
RES + COMNo hot water in an Ottawa winter is urgent. We find the fault and repair tank heaters fast, on the same visit wherever we can.
RES + COMDripping faucets, worn valves, tired showerheads. Small fittings, fixed properly, so they last instead of limping along.
RESIDENTIALRunning cisterns, weak flushes, water creeping out at the base. We repair and re-seat toilets of every kind.
RES + COMA hidden leak ruins floors and feeds mold behind walls. We track it to the source and repair it for good.
24/7Deep freezes burst pipes. We thaw frozen lines safely and get your water moving again, then talk prevention.
WINTERSlow sinks and backed-up drains, cleared the right way — no chemicals dumped down and hoped for the best.
RES + COMComplete plumbing for bathroom renovations and new builds: rough-in, fixtures, finishing touches. Condos included.
PROJECTSOffices, retail, high-rise condominiums and residential buildings. One call covers the whole building.
COMMERCIALOver 40 years of experience in the plumbing and heating industry. We have seen every kind of pipe, every kind of leak, and every shortcut that does not work. The work we leave behind stays fixed.
Residential service calls and commercial contracts alike. We take on renovations and new projects for high-rise condominiums and residential buildings — rough-in to final fixture. Whatever the scale, one crew handles it end to end.
No mystery numbers. We quote before the tools come out, and the price we agree is the price you pay. Sample figures on this page are marked SAMPLE — call (613) 744-1133 for an exact quote on your job.
