Yes — all over the Eastside. Issaquah, Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton, Snoqualmie, North Bend, and Mercer Island.
What's a sewer scope, and why would I need one? +
A camera inspection of your sewer line — you keep the video file. Buyers order one before closing; owners order one when drains keep slowing down.
Should I swap my tank water heater for a tankless? +
Maybe — we'll tell you straight. Depends on your hot-water habits and gas/electrical capacity. If it won't pay off, we'll say so.
Do you take weekend calls? +
We're closed Saturday and Sunday. Weekday emergencies get priority same-day. After hours, leave a message — first call Monday is yours.
