How a visit goes

Book
Call or text (555) 010-2030, or email [email protected]. Tell us the car and what bothers you — we'll point you at the right service.

Walkaround
We inspect the car together at drop-off and agree on scope. Stains, scratches, chips — what comes out and what doesn't, said out loud.

Wash
Foam pre-soak, two-bucket hand wash, wheels first. Dried with clean microfiber — never baked dry in the sun.

Decontaminate
Iron remover and clay where the paint needs it. The hand test: glass-smooth means ready for polish or protection.

Interior
Vacuum everywhere, steam and extraction on fabrics, every surface wiped, glass polished streak-free.

Polish & protect
Machine work panel by panel where booked, then sealant or ceramic coating. Trim dressed, tires finished.

Inspect & hand over
Final walk under the lights, touch-ups on the spot, then the keys back with care tips for the first weeks.
FAQ — asked often
How long will my car take? +
A wash is about an hour, an interior two to three hours, a full detail most of a day. Coating and correction run one to two days — prep can't be rushed.
Do I need an appointment? +
Yes — one car at a time, by appointment. Call or text (555) 010-2030.
What should I clear out of the car? +
Valuables and personal items from glovebox, console and door pockets. Child seats can stay or come out — your call.
Pet hair, stains, smells? +
Pet hair comes out with time and the right tools. Most stains lift with extraction; old heat-set ones may not — we'll say so at the walkaround. Odors get enzyme treatment, case by case.
Is ceramic coating maintenance-free? +
No — and anyone who says so is selling, not detailing. It needs proper maintenance washes, which we do. What it gives you: deeper gloss, far easier washing, strong UV and grime resistance for years.
How do I pay? +
Card, cash or digital payment at pickup. Multi-day jobs take a deposit at booking.
