Line-by-line pricing — tear-off, underlayment, shingles, flashing, ventilation, disposal. The number we write is the number you pay.
STEP 03
One-day installation
Most homes done in a single day, installed to manufacturer spec. Cold-weather techniques keep winter jobs on schedule.
STEP 04
Cleanup & walkthrough
Magnet-swept yard, gutters cleared, then a walkthrough with you and the 5-year workmanship warranty in writing.

Yes — a 5-year workmanship warranty. Every installation is backed in writing for five years on our labour, alongside the manufacturer's material warranty.
How long do asphalt shingles last? +
15–30 years with proper installation and maintenance. Shingle grade, ventilation, sun exposure and upkeep decide where in that range your roof lands.
How much maintenance does an asphalt shingle roof need? +
Light, routine care: periodic inspections, debris removal, and keeping drainage open. Small habits, long roof life.
What certifications do you hold? +
Our certifications and coverage details are available on request.
Can you replace a roof in winter? +
