THE INFRARED YOGA HOUSE OF MIAMI
Casa Vinyasa is an infrared-heated yoga studio in Miami, founded in 2017 by Melissa Echevarria. The heat here works differently: infrared panels warm your body directly — muscles and tissue first — reaching temperature much faster than forced-air systems.
The studio is deliberately personal. Every instructor is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, and the class list stays small on purpose: heated power flows, active recovery, mat pilates, and sculpt — each one taught like it matters, because to the people in the room, it does.
A week of unlimited classes is $75 (Sample). Come see whether the heat agrees with you.
I didn’t set out to build a studio. I set out to build a home that happens to teach yoga.

Because it truly does feel like home as soon as you walk in the door and Melissa is an awesome instructor who somehow always makes you glad you came!
Great instructors, well-heated studio, clean facilities, and it’s located in a really nice neighborhood.
Friendliness and attention to everyone’s needs. As well as very active, experienced and well organized class.
I love the Pilates y Mas class and that you offer more than yoga and everyone is very friendly.
Excellent teacher. Felt encouraged and comfortable.
A steady 60–75 minute arc: warm-up, standing series, peak poses, cool-down. Teachers offer variations for newer and experienced bodies in the same room — nobody is left behind and nobody is held back.
A gentler temperature and a slower pace: deep stretches held for minutes, bolsters and blocks doing the heavy lifting. Many students pair it with a hot flow the day before — effort, then ease.
Fifty focused minutes on core, glutes, and posture — precise, repetitive, quietly brutal. Students credit it with steadier balances and happier backs in their flows.
Yogalete pairs light weights with long holds in a heated room: strength training that still ends in savasana. Reformer classes run separately — ask the front desk for the current schedule and pricing.
Serious students ready to deepen their own practice, and future teachers who want to lead rooms like these. Cohorts run through the year — training happens alongside the teachers who lead your weekly classes.
