An infrared-heated yoga house in Miami. It’s more than yoga — it’s home.
Book a classCasa Vinyasa is a woman-founded, infrared-heated yoga studio in Miami. Infrared heating warms the body directly — heating muscles much faster than forced-air systems — so every class starts from a deeper, kinder warmth. Founder Melissa Echevarria opened the studio in 2017 with a simple idea: a practice space that feels like home. Since 2014 she has taught everyone from top athletes to students living with Parkinson’s disease, and every instructor on the team is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher.
Our signature heated practice. A steady, breath-led sequence built for strength, sweat, and focus — the room does half the warming up, your body does the rest.
Creative, athletic sequencing at a warm — not hot — temperature. A full-body moving meditation for practitioners who like their flow with room to breathe.
Slow, supported, deeply exhaled. Props, long holds, and low light: the class your nervous system has been asking for after a heavy week.
Mat pilates with a Miami accent. Core-first conditioning, glutes, and posture work — the cross-training your yoga practice secretly needed.
Half vinyasa, half sculpt. Light weights meet long holds in a heated room — strength training that still ends in savasana.
One week of unlimited classes to try everything: the heat, the flows, the mat work. Starts the day you take your first class and is good for a month from purchase. The honest way to find your favorite class time.
Come as often as you like — every heated flow, every restorative evening, every mat class. Autopay pricing rewards a three-month commitment, and free access to the virtual studio is included either way.
Visiting Miami or easing back in? A single drop-in gets you a full heated class; the ten-class pack stretches across a whole year. Special rates apply with valid ID for students, first responders, military, and veterans.
Learn to teach from the heart the way this studio was built: anatomy, sequencing, cueing, and the business of actually making a living teaching yoga. Train alongside the same teachers who lead your weekly classes.
Infrared panels warm your body directly by heating muscles and tissue, rather than blowing hot air around the room. It reaches temperature faster than forced-air systems and many students find the heat feels deeper and more even — and gentler on the breath.
Yes. Start with a warm (not hot) Vinyasa Flow or Restorative Flow, sit down whenever you need, and drink water before and after class. The teachers cue rest as part of the practice, not as a failure.
A mat, a large towel, and water. Mats and towels are available to rent at the studio if you’re traveling light. Wear what you’d wear for a warm workout — you’ll sweat.
No. Flexibility is something the practice builds; it is not the entrance exam. Props and variations are offered in every class, and teachers are used to first-timers.
Every instructor at Casa Vinyasa is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, and many hold additional training in pilates, restorative work, and prenatal sequencing.
Drop-ins and class packs make easy gifts — the ten-class pack is valid for a full year, so there’s no rush. Ask at the front desk or call the studio.
