How much does a new furnace cost? −
Most replacements land between $4,500 and $7,500 installed (sample). Sizing, efficiency, venting and ductwork move the number. We measure your home and leave a free written estimate.
Do you service all brands? +
Yes — all makes and models. Gas furnaces, boilers, air conditioners and tankless units from every major manufacturer.
How often should systems be serviced? +
Once a year each: furnace in fall, AC in spring. Tune-ups catch cracked heat exchangers and weak capacitors before they become midnight emergencies, and keep most warranties valid.
Smell gas — what now? +
Get out, then call. Do not use the phone indoors or flip switches. Leave and call your gas utility's emergency line from a neighbour's phone. Once cleared, call us to repair and restore service.
Are estimates really free? +
On new installations, yes. We come out, measure, check venting and ductwork, and leave a written quote. No obligation, no pressure.
