Do I need a design first?
Yes — design drawn first prevents the costly mid-build changes we regularly get called in to fix.
How does the climate affect the build?
Clay soils, freeze–thaw and Chinook melt dictate base depths, wall footings and drainage sizing.
Will I need permits?
Sometimes — attached structures and major grade changes can require them. We verify during planning.
How long does it take?
Scope, materials and weather decide. We give a realistic timeline after design.
Licensed and insured?
