Two tired flat roofs stripped and rebuilt: new 18mm OSB boards on timber framing, UPVC fascias, new EPDM rubber — watertight for years to come.
Three layers of rotten timber removed, pitch corrected, fresh boards, new EPDM rubber finished with aluminium seamless gutters.
Failed GRP taken back to structure: new 18mm tongue-and-groove OSB, new GRP trims, liquid system applied to specification.
