HOT YOGA · HOT PILATES · SEATTLE
Because health isn’t a quick fix — it’s a lifelong pursuit. Strength, resilience and calm, built day by day, in rooms heated for the work.
01 — THE PRACTICE
02 — WHY HEAT
Hot yoga at Breathe demands discipline, will and focus. The rewards are the kind you carry with you for the rest of the day.
Here is the honest version: heated practice is hard. Your heart rate climbs, your muscles loosen faster than they do in a cold room, and your mind gets very loud for the first twenty minutes. Then something shifts. Breath gets longer. The noise drops out. You stop performing and start practicing.
Our class list was built so the styles work together. Go hard in Hot Pilates on Monday — core, core, core, then the HIIT intervals that get your motor running. Recover in Yin on Wednesday. Build the engine back up in Power Vinyasa on Friday. The week starts to organize itself around the mat.
Nothing here asks you to be flexible on day one, or fit, or calm. It asks you to show up, drink water, and stay in the room. Strength, resilience and calm are built day by day — not in a single heroic class, but in the tenth, the thirtieth, the hundredth.
This is more than a studio. It is a place to belong, breathe, and become — across three Seattle rooms, with instructors who actually know your name.

05 — FIRST TIMERS
Start with Breathe Yoga or Yin. Both move slower, the cues are thorough, and nobody expects you to know the shapes yet. Save Hot Pilates for week two — your core will thank you.
Hot enough that you start sweating within minutes. Drink water before you arrive, bring more than you think you need, and it is completely fine to sit out a pose and breathe.
A mat, a large towel, and water. Wear what you would wear to get very sweaty in — because you will. Arrive fifteen minutes early so we can show you the room.
No. Flexibility is a side effect of showing up, not a requirement for walking in. Half the room is working around tight hamstrings and desk shoulders.
Yes. Belltown, Capitol Hill and West Seattle are all yours — book whichever room fits your day.
Lie down, breathe, drink water. It happens, especially in the first few classes. Instructors watch the room and will check on you — no drama, no judgment.
