Boiler servicing

An annual strip-down service: combustion analysis, seals, condensate trap, and a written report. It keeps the manufacturer's warranty valid and catches small faults before winter. Sample: £95.

Boiler repairs

No heat, no hot water, leaks, pressure loss, fault codes, kettling — diagnosed honestly. If the old unit isn't worth fixing, we'll say so. Sample: diagnostic visit £60.

Central heating work

Radiators, pipework, thermostats, power flushing and balancing. Cold spots and slow heat-ups traced to their actual cause.
