- Boiler installationCombi, system and regular boilers. Sized for the house, magnetic filter fitted as standard, system flushed, controls set up and demonstrated.
- Boiler servicingAnnual strip-down service with combustion analysis and a written report. Keeps warranties valid — sample £95.
- Boiler repairsNo heat, no hot water, leaks, pressure loss, fault codes, kettling. Honest diagnosis — if the old unit isn't worth fixing, we'll say so.
- Central heating workRadiators, pipework, thermostats, power flushing, system balancing. Cold spots and slow heat-ups traced to their cause.

Chapter 03 — How it goes
Survey, fixed price, tidy work.
No "it depends" invoices. One fixed written price before any install.

Survey and fixed quote
We visit, check flue routes and pipework, then give one fixed price in writing. Repairs get an honest diagnosis first.
The work, tidied
Sheeted floors, neat pipework, system flushed and balanced, controls demonstrated. Gas Safe notified and warranty registered.
Chapter 04 — Where
Leeds first, then the ring around it.
Based in Stanley (LS25), covering the city and surrounding towns.

- Can you come today? My boiler's dead.
- Usually, yes. Breakdowns get priority and same-day callouts are standard across Leeds when the diary allows. Ring 07534 500588 in the morning.
- How often should I service it?
- Once a year. It keeps the warranty valid and catches small faults before winter finds them. We'll remind you when it's due.
- Are you Gas Safe registered?
- Yes — 947297. Check it on the Gas Safe register. It's a legal requirement for anyone working on your gas boiler.
- Which areas do you cover?
- Leeds, Wakefield, Harrogate, York, Selby, Barnsley and Wetherby. Slightly further out — ring anyway.
