Registered & aftercare
Gas Safe notified, warranty registered, paperwork emailed. If anything isn't right in the first year, call and we come back.

- Sample pricing: fixed-price combi swaps start around £1,895 including flue, filter and registration. Every house is different though — the honest number comes after a free survey, not over the phone.
- My boiler has stopped working — can you come today?
- Yes, where possible. Breakdowns get priority and same-day callouts are standard across Leeds when the diary allows. Ring 07534 500588 in the morning for the best chance of a same-day slot.
- How often should I service my boiler?
- Once a year. Annual servicing keeps the manufacturer's warranty valid, keeps it burning efficiently, and is the cheapest way to avoid a midwinter breakdown. We send a reminder when yours is due.
- Are you Gas Safe registered?
- Yes — Gas Safe register number 947297. Anyone working on your gas boiler in the UK must be on the register by law; you can check our number on the Gas Safe website.
- Do you cover my area?
- If you're in Leeds, Wakefield, Harrogate, York, Selby, Barnsley or Wetherby — yes. Slightly further out? Ring anyway; we take on out-of-area installs when the diary allows.
