Sinks, tubs, showers, main lines. Auger where an auger works, hydro-jet where it doesn't, camera-check after so the clog stays gone.

Leak detection & repair

Meter and acoustic tracing, the smallest opening that solves it, proper copper or PEX repair. Slab leaks rerouted overhead when that beats breaking your floor.

Water heaters

Tank and tankless install, annual flushes, anode rods, elements, thermostats. Sized to your household, not to our inventory.

Fixtures & faucets

Drips, running toilets, new installs, cartridge and flapper swaps, low-flow upgrades that feel like upgrades. You pick the finish.

Sewer & repipe

Camera inspections with video you keep, spot repairs, whole-home repipes for houses still on galvanized pipe — copper or PEX, your choice.

Emergency calls

Burst pipes, water where it shouldn't be, no hot water before guests arrive. Call — if we can't get there fast, we'll talk you through shutting the water off.

A written price for the whole job. It changes only if the problem changes — and then we stop and talk first.

STEP 4

We work, test, clean up

Shoe covers, drop cloths, everything tested twice, floor broom-clean. Written workmanship warranty in your hand.

How fast can you get here? +

Active leaks and no-hot-water calls get same-day priority. Everything else usually books within the week — it depends on where you are and the truck's route. We'd rather give you an honest window than a fake "we'll be right there."

Do you charge for estimates? +

Small repairs get a price over the phone when the problem is clear. Bigger work gets a free on-site look and a written quote. Mystery-leak diagnostics are a flat sample $89, credited in full if you have us do the repair.

Will you sell me a heater I don't need? +

No. We'd rather flush your heater and swap the anode rod — cheaper for you, easier for us. When a tank is genuinely done, we'll show you the rust and the serial number and let the evidence talk.

What does Austin's hard water do? +

It scales water heaters, clogs aerators and showerheads, and shortens cartridges and elements. A yearly heater flush and a vinegar soak for aerators handle most of it.

Can I supply my own fixtures? +

Yes — buy the faucet you love and we'll install it. We warranty our labor either way; we just can't warranty a part we didn't supply, and we'll say so before we start.

Do you warranty the work? +

Every job leaves with a written workmanship warranty on the labor. If our repair fails, we come back and make it right — in writing.
