01 — Who we areA family business, not a franchise.

There's a particular sound a house makes when something's wrong behind the walls — a hiss, a gurgle, a drip with a rhythm. After thirty-odd years on the tools, you learn to hear it before the customer finishes describing it.

We're a family outfit, which means the person who answers the phone is connected to the person who turns up at your door. No call centres, no franchise scripts, no upsell targets. Just plumbers who've been crawling under Adelaide houses since before some of our apprentices were born.

Being Master Plumbers, licensed and insured for gas, water and drainage is the baseline, not the boast. The boast is simpler: we answer, we turn up, and we fix it properly the first time.

02 — What we doSix trades, one number.

01

General plumbing

Leaking taps, toilet plumbing, washers, valves, cisterns — the everyday stuff, plus all the small jobs other outfits won't touch. No job too small. If it carries water, we'll sort it.

Half our week is ten-minute fixes someone else quoted a fortune for. We'd rather earn the call-back than the invoice.

02

Blocked drains

Shower, toilet and stormwater blockages, cleared properly. We camera-survey the line first so we know the cause, then clear it by hand or with a hydro jet — high-pressure water that scours the pipe clean.

  • Tree roots — hunting cracks in old earthenware pipes
  • Grease & fat — poured down the sink, set like concrete downstream
  • Hair — shower and basin wastes, matted into a plug
  • Tissues & toilet paper — too much of the wrong paper in an old pan
03

Leaking taps

Drip-drip-drip: litres wasted a day, a stained sink, a noise that keeps you up at night. We reseat or replace washers and cartridges so the tap shuts off properly — usually on the first visit. If the tap body itself is worn out, we'll say so and quote a replacement instead of charging you twice.

04

Gas leaks & appliances

24/7 emergency gas leak detection and repairs. Gas is the one trade where "she'll be right" can kill you, so every suspected leak is treated as urgent. We also handle gas appliance breakdown, installation and repair — and track hidden leaks with specialist detection gear before they turn dangerous.

05

Hot water systems

Gas, electric and solar — repaired, replaced and serviced. We work on the brands South Australians actually have: Rheem, Rinnai, Bosch, Thermann and Vulcan. Parts are rarely a drama; most repairs happen same-day.

06

Pipe re-lining

The non-intrusive fix for damaged stormwater and sewer pipes — a new lining installed inside the old pipe, no digging. Suits concrete stormwater drains, downpipes, sewer stack drains, pump lines and grease drains. One day's work, no excavation, no re-landscaping bill.

03 — EmergencySmell gas? Read this.

Our 24/7 emergency gas leak detection and repair line is answered around the clock. Burst pipes and overflowing blocked drains get the same treatment — emergencies jump the queue, day or night.

(555) 010-2030

Don't touch light switches. Turn the gas off at the meter if it's safe to reach, open the windows, get everyone out — then call.

04 — How we workFive steps. No surprises.

  1. Call

Talk to a plumber, not a call centre. We'll tell you honestly whether it's urgent and what it might involve.

  2. Diagnose

Find the real cause before we quote. Drains get a camera survey; blockages cleared by hand or hydro jet once we can see the problem.

  3. Upfront price

You approve the number before we start. No hourly-meter anxiety, no surprise line items.

  4. Fix

Done properly with parts that last — installed to code, the boring correct way.

  5. Test & tidy up

Everything tested under load, then we clean up. Like we were never there — except everything works.

08 — Straight answersAsked often.

My sink or toilet is blocked — what should I do first?

Don't pour chemical drain cleaner down it — call a plumber. Caustics rarely clear a real blockage and can damage pipes. The most common causes we see are tree roots, grease and fat, hair, and too much tissue or toilet paper. We camera-survey first, then clear by hand or hydro jet.

How do I know if I have a gas leak?

Trust your nose first: a rotten-egg or sulphur smell is the big one. Other signs: hissing or whistling near a fitting, a weakened pilot flame, physical damage to the meter or pipework, or unexplained nausea and dizziness indoors. Don't touch switches — gas off at the meter if safe, windows open, everyone out, call (555) 010-2030.

Should I repair or replace my hot water system?

Age plus breakdown frequency decides it. Under eight years with a first fault: usually worth repairing. Past ten years and breaking down every winter: usually cheaper to replace. We service Rheem, Rinnai, Bosch, Thermann and Vulcan — gas, electric and solar — and we'll give you both numbers.

What is pipe re-lining?

Repairing pipes from the inside, without digging them up. A new lining goes into the existing stormwater or sewer pipe, sealing cracks and root entry points. Suits concrete stormwater drains, downpipes, sewer stack drains, pump lines and grease drains.

How fast can you get here — and is there a call-out fee?

Emergencies jump the queue, day or night. For standard jobs we'll give you a realistic arrival window when you call. Call (555) 010-2030 for current call-out info — quoted upfront, always.
