Roofer installing architectural shingles on a residential roof

ROOFING CONTRACTOR — RESIDENTIAL + COMMERCIAL

The roof
is the house.

Everything underneath it — the drywall, the floors, the family photos — depends on what's on top. We're the crew on top of it.

A roof is not a product. It's the part of your house that takes the beating — hail, UV, hundred-degree Augusts — so nothing else has to. We build the part that takes the beating.

01

CHAPTER ONE — IT STARTS FREE

Inspection

Every job starts the same way: we climb up and look. Flashing, vents, valleys, pipe boots, the attic side when we can get in. Forty-five minutes, a camera, and no sales script. You get photos of everything we find and a straight answer — repair it, watch it, or replace it. If the roof is fine, we say so and leave. The inspection costs nothing because the trust it builds is worth more than an estimate fee.

CHAPTER TWO — STOP THE DRIP

Repair

A stain on the ceiling is never where the water got in — water travels. We trace it to the entry point: failed flashing, a cracked pipe boot, lifted valley metal, wind-torn shingles. Most repairs are done in one visit, and we photograph the fix so you can see what your money bought. Small jobs get the same crew and the same care as full replacements. A roof is a system; we don't patch symptoms.

MOST REPAIRS · ONE VISIT · SAMPLE $350–$900

03

CHAPTER THREE — THE FULL RESET

Replacement

When repair stops making sense, we strip to the deck and start clean: tear-off, deck repair, underlayment, flashing, and your choice of shingle, metal, or tile. Most homes take one to three days. We tarp the landscaping, run a magnetic nail sweep when we're done, and hand you a sample 10-year workmanship warranty on top of standard manufacturer coverage, with the warranty paperwork registered for you.

CHAPTER FOUR — AFTER THE SKY FALLS

Storm

Central Texas hail doesn't knock — it shows up in April and bruises shingles you'd swear look fine from the ground. After a storm we document everything the way adjusters want to see it: dated photos, slope-by-slope notes, collateral damage to gutters and vents. If it's bad, we tarp the same day so the next rain doesn't finish what the hail started. Then we restore it to pre-storm condition, down to the ridge cap.

CHAPTER FIVE — THE PAPERWORK

Insurance

Nobody reads their homeowner's policy until the ceiling is wet. We've read more of them than most agents. We help you file clean — correct date of loss, correct peril, complete documentation — and we meet the adjuster on the roof so nothing gets missed. If the first scope comes back light, we supplement it with photos and code references. You approve every line before work starts. We don't take a cut of your claim and we don't inflate it. We just make sure it covers the real work.

CHAPTER SIX — FLAT ROOFS, BIG SQUARE FOOTAGE

Commercial

Warehouses, retail strips, offices — low-slope is a different trade and we treat it that way. Heat-welded TPO and EPDM membranes, tapered insulation to fix the ponding that's been there since 2011, and maintenance plans so small problems stay small. We schedule around your business hours and keep the site clean enough that your customers never notice we were there. Sample installed cost: $6.50–$11 per square foot.

CHAPTER SEVEN — PICK YOUR ARMOR

Materials

Architectural shingle — the workhorse, 20–30 years in Texas heat, best value per year. Standing-seam metal — 40–70 years, shrugs off hail, cuts attic heat. Clay and concrete tile — 50+ years and the Hill Country look; we verify the structure can carry it first. Every system we install is one we've also torn off enough times to know its weak spots. We'll tell you which one we'd put on our own house — and why.
