OUR
STORY

Austin Plumbery started the way most good Austin things start: a family, a trade, and a stubborn idea about how customers should be treated. Deborah grew up around the work — her father put in thirty years of craftsmanship, her grandfather left a legacy of showing up for the community — and after a couple of years teaching high school, she took what her father had started and built it into something of her own. That makes her a third-generation Austinite running a woman-owned shop in a trade that is still mostly men, and she wears that plainly: the company holds a Women-Owned Business Enterprise certification from the City of Austin. Every plumber on the crew is handpicked by Deborah herself, which the team calls mom-approved, and every one of them is an Austin original. The rule on every job is the one printed on the trucks: customer first, family first, Austin first. If the work is not right, it is not done — the company backs every job with a 100% guarantee, because without the customer's satisfaction the work means nothing. That is the whole pitch. No gimmicks, no upsell theater, just sleeves rolled and ready to go.

— Deborah, Owner

Services

Residential and commercial. One crew, one standard: fix it right the first time, and treat the house like it is ours.

01
Drain cleaning & repair

Slow tubs, gurgling sinks, the main line that backs up every heavy rain — we clear it, camera it if we need to see the cause, and tell you what we found before we touch a wrench. No mystery line items.

02
Water heaters

Tank and tankless, repair or full replacement. We size the unit to the house and the household, haul the old one out, and leave the utility closet cleaner than we found it.

03
Leak detection & repair

That water bill that doubled for no reason, the warm spot on the slab, the ceiling stain that keeps growing. We track the leak to its source and fix the pipe, not just the symptom.

04
Fixture installs

Faucets, toilets, shower valves, garbage disposals, the farmhouse sink you finally bought. We set it, seal it, test it twice, and walk you through keeping it working.

05
Commercial plumbing

Restaurants, offices, retail — scheduled maintenance and fast response when something breaks at the worst possible hour. We work around your business hours, not through them.

VISITS

Three sample visits, start to finish. Every real job follows the same shape: look first, explain plainly, fix once.

Sample visit
01 Residential · Leak
The Sunday morning leak

Water pooling under the kitchen sink, discovered right before guests arrive. We talk through what to shut off on the phone so nothing gets worse before the truck rolls.

  1. Arrive, look, and show you the failed supply line — no jargon, just the part in your hand.
  2. Quote the fix before starting, one number, parts and labor in it.
  3. Replace the line, pressure-test, dry everything, and check the cabinet for old damage.
Sample visit
02 Residential · Water heater
The cold-shower swap

A fifteen-year-old tank gives up on a Tuesday. We confirm it is the tank and not the thermostat, then lay out repair-versus-replace honestly, with the math on both.

  1. Measure the space and the household's hot-water use before recommending a size.
  2. Drain, disconnect, and haul the dead unit out the same visit.
  3. Set the new tank, bring venting and strapping up to code, and relight and test everything.
Sample visit
03 Commercial · Buildout
The new café line

A coffee shop opening on South Congress needs a grease line and three-compartment sink roughed in before the health inspection. We schedule around the buildout, not the other way around.

  1. Walk the plans with the contractor and flag code issues early, not at inspection.
  2. Rough-in, pressure-test, and document everything for the inspector.
  3. Set fixtures, do a full-flow test, and leave a maintenance schedule the staff can actually follow.

Fair questions

Do you charge to come look? +

There is a diagnostic visit fee, and we tell you the number before we dispatch. If you hire us for the repair, the visit is folded into the job — you are not paying twice for us to show up.

Are you actually licensed? +

Yes. Texas plumbing license #36839, issued by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. Ask and we will show it; the number is on every invoice too.

What does the 100% guarantee mean? +

It means what it says: if the work is not right, we come back and make it right. The company's whole position is that without the customer's satisfaction, the work means nothing.

Do you do commercial work? +

Yes — restaurants, offices, and retail. Maintenance plans exist for businesses that would rather prevent the 2 a.m. flood than pay for it.

How fast can you get here? +

Active leaks and no-hot-water calls go first, same day when the schedule allows. Everything else gets the earliest honest slot — we would rather give you a real time than a fake one.
