Mobile visit notes
We need: access to a standard power point and a garden tap within reach of the car.
We bring: water gear, quality chemicals, machine polishers, vacuums and everything else.
Good to know: unit blocks and basement car parks are fine — just mention access when you book so we can plan around it.
Rain: light rain with cover is workable; a proper downpour and we'll reschedule at no cost.

What do I need to provide for a mobile visit?
Just a garden tap and a power point we can reach. We bring everything else. Tricky access? Mention it when you book.
How long does a full detail take?
Most cars take half a day for the full inside-and-out treatment. We'll give you an honest estimate when you book — and stick to it.
Do you still work when it's raining?
Light rain with cover is usually fine; a proper downpour and we reschedule at no cost. We'd rather wait than do a half job.
Can you repair my kerbed mag wheels?
Kerb rash and scuffs — yes, usually same day. Cracked or buckled wheels get an honest referral to a specialist instead.
How do gift vouchers work?
Pick a service or a dollar amount, we email you the voucher. The lucky person books in whenever suits them.
