Chapter 01 — The cut
This is the bread and butter: mow, edge, blow, done. We cut at the right height for the season — taller in the summer heat so the roots stay shaded, tighter in the cooler months. Every visit gets the full edge along sidewalks and driveways, because a lawn with soft edges looks unfinished no matter how well it is cut.
Routes run the same day every week or every two weeks. You will know when we are coming, the gate will be latched when we leave, and the clippings will be off the driveway. If something looks off — a sprinkler head spraying the fence, a patch going thin — we tell you before it becomes a real problem.
Chapter 02 — The shape
South Florida grows fast, and hedges are the first thing to show it. We shape ficus, cocoplum, bougainvillea, ixora, podocarpus — the plants every Miami yard seems to have. Hand shears where the shape matters, power where the volume is. Either way, the plant keeps its form instead of being scalped into a green box.
Timing matters more than people think. We will not hack a flowering hedge the week before it blooms, and we will tell you when a plant is being trimmed too often to stay healthy. Every bit of debris leaves with us in the trailer — your bins stay empty.
Chapter 03 — The reset
Storm season, a move-in, or just a year of neglect — some yards need a reset before a routine makes sense. We cut overgrowth down in stages so the grass survives, clear out beds, redefine borders that have gone soft, and lay fresh mulch at a real depth, not a dusting.
A bed refresh is the fastest way to change how a house looks from the street. One visit: weeds out, edges crisp, mulch down. Pair it with a mowing route and the whole property stays there with almost no effort on your end.
Chapter 04 — The plant
When patches will not come back, we replace them. Old turf out, soil prepped, new St. Augustine laid tight — the grass that actually wants to live in Miami. We also do small planting jobs: shrubs, ornamental grasses, and palms picked for the spot they are going into, not just for how they look at the nursery.
We tell you exactly how to water for the first month, because most new sod dies from too much love, not too little. And we will be honest if your yard needs drainage or shade work before new grass has a chance — planting into a problem is just a slower way to waste money.
Chapter 05 — The terms
No contracts. You pay after the visit, not before — card, Zelle, or cash. Route customers get one simple invoice a month instead of a charge every time we show up. If anything is not right, text us and we come back. That is the whole policy, and it fits in one paragraph.
Call or text (555) 010-2030, Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm. Tell us what the yard needs in a sentence or two, send a photo if you have one, and we will give you a straight price and a day we can start.
One text is enough to start. Tell us the yard's story in a sentence — we will answer with a price and a day.
