Field notes — routes across Miami, cut weekly

Who we are

About

We are a small crew cutting lawns across Miami. The idea is simple: clean cuts, straight edges, a yard that looks like somebody cares — without the premium price tag. We show up when we say we will, we clean up before we leave, and we never upsell work your yard does not need. Most of our week is regular routes: same houses, same day, every week or two. Between routes we take on cleanups, mulch, new beds, and small planting jobs. If it grows in South Florida, we have probably cut it, trimmed it, or planted it. No contracts, no fine print. If the work is not right, we come back and make it right — that is the whole business model.

Services

01

Weekly & bi-weekly mowing

Mow, edge, blow. Every visit leaves clean lines and a yard you do not have to think about. We run the same route each week, so your grass never gets ahead of you. Gates are latched, toys are moved back, clippings are off the driveway before we leave.

FROM $45 / VISIT · SAMPLE
02

Edging & detail

Crisp edges along sidewalks, driveways, and garden beds. It is the part people notice first and the part most crews skip. We edge every visit on a route, and we do full re-defines for beds that have gone soft over the years.

03

Hedge trimming

Shape-ups for ficus, cocoplum, bougainvillea, ixora, and the usual South Florida suspects. We trim by hand where it matters, keep the shape of the plant, and haul every bit of debris away with us.

FROM $60 / VISIT · SAMPLE
04

Mulch & bed refresh

Weed the beds, redefine the borders, lay fresh mulch at a proper depth. One visit and the whole front of the house looks new again. We can source the mulch or spread what you have delivered.

FROM $85 / BED · SAMPLE
05

Sod & planting

Tired patches out, new St. Augustine in — the grass that actually wants to live in Miami. We also handle small planting jobs: shrubs, ornamental grasses, and palms that will not outgrow the yard in three years.

06

One-time cleanups

Storm aftermath, overgrown lots, move-in yards that have not seen a mower in months. We bring it back to manageable, then hand you a schedule to keep it that way. Honest quote up front, before a single blade is cut.

Work

A few kinds of jobs we do every month. Same crew, same standards — whether it is a weekly route or a one-time rescue.

01Weekly routeMow · edge · blow
Mower lines on green grassEdged walkway detail
Finished yard with palm trees

The backbone of the business. One visit a week or every two weeks: cut at the right height for the season, edges redefined, clippings blown off every hard surface. You will know which day we come, and the yard will look the same every time we leave.

02One-time jobYard rescue
Overgrown tropical garden before workCrew clearing a yard
Cleaned-up bed edge

Yards that got away from their owners — storm debris, waist-high grass, hedges swallowing the walkway. We cut it down in stages so the grass survives, clear everything out, and leave you with a plan. Most rescues finish in a single day.

When mowing is not enough. We strip out dead patches, lay fresh sod, rebuild bed borders, and plant things chosen for Miami heat and rain — not for a catalog photo. Then we tell you exactly how to water it for the first month.

How it works

Three steps.
No fine print.

01 — Call or text

Tell us about the yard

Call or text (555) 010-2030. A couple of sentences is enough: roughly how big, what it needs, where in Miami. If you have photos, send them — it speeds everything up.

02 — We walk it

Free look, honest price

We stop by, walk the property, and give you a price on the spot. If a job is smaller than you feared, we will tell you. If it needs more than we can do well, we will tell you that too.

03 — We schedule

You pick the rhythm

Weekly, every two weeks, or one-and-done. You pay after the visit — never before. And if anything is not right, text us and we come back. That is the whole policy.

Fair questions

Do I need to be home when you come?

No. Most of our route customers are at work. Leave the gate unlatched or share the code, and make sure pets are inside. We text when we are on the way and when we are done.

What does a regular mowing visit actually include?

Mowing at the right height, edging along all sidewalks and driveways, trimming around obstacles, and blowing clippings off every hard surface. We also do a quick walk-through for anything odd — broken sprinkler heads, new weeds, palm fronds ready to drop.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes — mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and the trailer to haul debris away. You do not need to own a single tool. If you prefer we use your equipment, we can talk about it, but ours is commercial grade and maintained weekly.

How do I pay?

After the visit, not before. We take cards, Zelle, and cash. Route customers get one simple invoice per month instead of a charge every visit.

What part of Miami do you cover?

We run routes across Miami and nearby neighborhoods. If you are on the edge of our area, ask — we add new streets to a route when a few houses cluster together.

Yard's
waiting.

Call or text and tell us what the yard needs. We will give you a straight price and a day we can start. No contracts, no pressure, no fine print.
