How we work
03 / ProcessSTEP 01
Call
Tell us what is happening — water where it should not be, no heat, no power. We will ask a few quick questions to understand the urgency.
STEP 02
Fast dispatch
An engineer is sent straight out. Our average response time is 2 hours from your call to an engineer at your door.
STEP 03
Repair & damage control
We isolate the problem first, then repair it — and work to keep water damage to a minimum while we are at it.
STEP 04
Test & upfront pricing
You get the price before work starts — transparent, no hidden fees. Then we test everything and only leave when it is right.
Before we arrive
04 / Emergency stepsWhat to do before we arrive
- Turn off the water — find your stop tap (usually under the kitchen sink) and turn it clockwise until it stops.
- Switch off electrics if water is near sockets — if water is touching electrics, switch off at the fuse box and keep clear.
- Open cold taps to drain — this lowers pressure in the pipes and slows the leak.
- Catch drips and move valuables — buckets under drips, lift rugs and electronics out of the way.
- Smell gas? — do not touch switches or create sparks, ventilate the room and call for help immediately.

Questions
08 / FAQHow much does an emergency call-out cost?
Upfront: you get a clear price before any work starts, with no hidden fees. As a sample guide, emergency call-outs start from £XX — sample pricing. The exact figure depends on the job, and you approve it first.
How quickly can you get to me?
Our average response time is 2 hours from your call to an engineer at your door, 24 hours a day, all week, every week.
Which areas do you cover?
Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham and Walsall, plus surrounding areas. Call if you are nearby and unsure.
Do you charge more at night or on holidays?
Every job is quoted upfront before work begins — the price you approve is the price you pay. Sample figures on this page are a guide only.
Should I repair my boiler or replace it?
It depends on the boiler's age, the fault and the cost of parts versus a new unit. Our engineer will assess it on site and give you honest, upfront options — repair or replace — before any work starts.
