AC installation & repair

Central air conditioning installed right the first time, plus refrigerant, electrical, and airflow repairs on the systems you already own. Ottawa summers are short; a well-tuned AC makes every one of them comfortable.

Heat pumps

Year-round heating and cooling in one system, built for Ottawa weather. Modern cold-climate heat pumps keep working far below freezing, and a dual-fuel setup with your existing furnace covers the coldest snaps.

How we work

01

Call

You describe the problem or the project. We ask the questions that matter and give you a straight read on what it probably is.

02

On-site assessment

A technician comes out, looks at the equipment, the ductwork, the house. No guessing from a desk.

03

Upfront quote

One written price before any work starts. If something changes mid-job, you hear it from us first — not on the invoice.

04

Install / repair

Clean work, protected floors, and a system tested before we pack up. Installations are sized and documented properly.

05

Walkthrough & warranty

We show you what was done, how the new controls work, and what's covered. Then we answer the phone if anything ever feels off.

Asked often

How often should my furnace be serviced?

Once a year, before heating season. A fall tune-up catches worn parts, keeps efficiency up, and is the single best way to avoid a no-heat call in January.

How do I know it's time to replace the furnace?

Age plus repair frequency. If the unit is 15+ years old, needs frequent repairs, your bills keep climbing, or it's getting noisy — replacement usually beats another repair.

Can a heat pump handle an Ottawa winter?

Yes — with the right model. Cold-climate heat pumps work far below freezing. On the coldest nights, a dual-fuel setup lets your furnace take over seamlessly.

My AC isn't cooling — what should I check first?

Filter, thermostat, outdoor unit. A clogged filter, a thermostat set wrong, or leaves packed around the outdoor condenser cause most "no cooling" calls. If those check out, call us.

Do you offer free estimates?

Call to ask about free estimates. We always inspect before we quote — no price is ever invented over the phone.
