We are Allstate Roofing, a family-run roofing contractor in Phoenix, AZ. Founded in 2001 by Chad and Kathy Thomas, we repair and replace tile, shingle, and foam roofs across the Phoenix Valley — and we start every job with a free on-roof estimate.
Chad is a second-generation roofer who started at fifteen, working beside his father. He still climbs every roof before we quote it. That is the difference between a price built on photographs of your actual roof and a number guessed from a satellite image.
Our rule is simple: repair what can be repaired. If a $400 fix buys your roof five more years, we will tell you — even when telling you costs us the bigger job. When replacement is the honest answer, we will show you exactly why, and the written price will not move once we start.

Repairs are quoted flat, not by the hour. If we find the roof is past repair during the free inspection, we tell you straight and credit the visit toward honest advice — which costs nothing anyway.

Crew on site — tear-off in progress
Twenty-year-old tile, cooked underlayment. Tile lifted and stacked, new high-temp underlayment and flashing, tile reset with broken pieces replaced. The roof looks the same — the system underneath is brand new.
Ceiling stain in a guest room. We found the failed flashing in twenty minutes, replaced it, reset the surrounding tile, and hose-tested before leaving. Half a day, one trip.
Two slopes stripped by wind. We replaced the full slopes rather than patching — patches on sun-baked shingles never blend and rarely last.
Flat roof past its recoat window: cleaned, primed, recoated, re-granulated. Another decade of waterproofing with no tear-off and no business downtime.

Yes — free, and no obligation. We walk the roof, photograph what we find, and give you a written scope and price. Take your time deciding; the estimate costs nothing.
You don't have to — the inspection tells us. As a rough guide: one leak from one obvious failure is usually a repair. Soft decking, failing underlayment, or leaks in multiple rooms usually means replacement. We assess repair first, show you the photos, and give you the honest call.
Tile, shingle, and foam — residential and commercial. Tile underlayment replacement is a specialty: in this heat, tile routinely outlives the underlayment beneath it.
