Samples below — every roof differs by pitch, access, layers, and material, so treat these as a sanity check for any bid, including ours. Your free estimate is the real number, written down, and it does not move mid-job.
Yes — free and no-obligation. We come out, walk the roof, take photos, and give you a written scope and price. Compare it, sit on it, call us in a year. It costs nothing.
That is what the inspection answers. A good rule of thumb: one leak from one clear failure is usually a repair; soft decking, cooked underlayment, or leaks in several rooms usually means replacement. We assess repair first and show you the photos behind our call.
Tile, shingle, and foam — plus complete re-roofs and commercial work. Tile underlayment replacement is a specialty here: in Phoenix heat, the tile often outlives what is underneath it.
