Allstate Roofing was founded in 2001 by Chad and Kathy Thomas. Chad is a second-generation roofer — he started at fifteen, learning the trade beside his father, and he still climbs every roof before the shop quotes it. We lead with repair, not replacement. Most roofing companies make their money on full re-roofs, so every problem looks like a re-roof to them. Our inspection starts from the opposite question: can this roof be saved? A cracked tile, a failed flashing, a bad valley — fixed right, those buy years. We will show you photos of what we found and give you the honest call, even when the honest call is the cheaper job.
Phoenix roofs live a hard life. One hundred fifteen degrees in July, monsoon bursts in August, UV that cooks underlayment a decade early. We build for that: high-temp underlayment under tile, proper flashing at every penetration, ventilation that lets an attic breathe. The details nobody sees are the ones that decide whether a roof lasts twelve years or twenty-five.

Is the estimate really free?
Yes — free, no strings. We walk the roof, photograph what we find, and hand you a written scope and price. Take it, compare it, sit on it for a year. It costs you nothing.
Repair or replace — how do you decide?
We try repair first, every time. One leak from one failed flashing is a repair. Soft decking, cooked underlayment, and leaks in three rooms is a replacement. We show you the photos and tell you which one you have — the cheaper answer wins whenever it honestly can.
What roof types do you handle?
Tile, shingle, and foam, plus full re-roofs and commercial. Tile underlayment replacement is a specialty — the tile often outlives what is underneath it in this heat. If it sheds water, we work on it.
