Small jobs are quoted on site after we look — no charge for the look. Bigger work gets a written quote first, and the quoted price is the price you pay.
How fast can you get here?
Emergencies jump the queue. Call and we'll be straight about timing. Non-urgent jobs are usually booked within a few working days.
Do you work after hours?
Yes — the emergency line runs around the clock, with an after-hours rate we'll tell you before we roll the van.
Repair or replace my hot water cylinder?
Depends on age and fault. Dead element in a young cylinder: cheap fix. Leaking tank: finished. We'll tell you which one it is.
