Slow, alignment-based postures held for breaths, not seconds. Ten minutes of breathing, forty minutes of standing and seated postures with plain-language cues, ten minutes of rest. Teachers show the prop-supported version first — blocks, straps, and bolsters are standard, not remedial.
$22 sample drop-in · all levels
Gentle, supported movement for expecting mothers, any trimester. No deep twists, no belly-down postures, no overheated rooms — just breath-led movement with bolsters doing half the work. Check with your doctor or midwife first, then come as you are.
$22 sample drop-in · props provided
By appointment, 60 or 90 minutes. Focused table work for desk backs, tight hips, and tired shoulders — the session is planned around what is sore when you book. Call (555) 010-2030.
$95 sample · 60 minutes
Book one Hatha Foundations class and arrive ten minutes early. The first five minutes are just breathing, and they set the tone for the whole hour. Tell the teacher it is your first class — they will keep an eye on your alignment without making it a thing. Wear anything you can move in, drink water beforehand, and eat lightly an hour or two before class rather than right before. There is no membership pitch at the door and no intro package to decode: a single class is $22 (sample), and if you come back, the 10-class pack at $180 (sample) is the usual next step.
Yourself, water, and comfortable clothes. Mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters all live at the studio — you do not need to buy a single thing before your first class. If you own a mat you love, bring it; otherwise borrow ours.

What does “Aditi” mean?
“Boundless,” from Sanskrit. We liked the idea: a practice with no finish line and no single right body for it. Stiff, tired, expecting, curious — the door is open.
