A yoga studio in Seattle, WA — (555) 010-2030

Slow yoga for people with fast weeks.

Aditi Yoga Wellness Studio sits on N 45th St in Seattle and teaches exactly three things: slow, alignment-based Hatha yoga, gentle prenatal yoga for expecting mothers, and unhurried massage therapy by appointment. Classes are small, the pace is deliberate, and nobody is performing for anyone.

If your shoulders live somewhere near your ears by Friday, this is your place. First-timers start with Hatha Foundations — postures broken down piece by piece, props encouraged, resting whenever you need treated as normal. Call (555) 010-2030 with any question; a human answers.

What we teach

Three disciplines.
Zero rushing.

/ 01

Hatha Yoga

Slow postures, held for breaths, not seconds. Hatha is the backbone of the studio: standing poses, seated folds, gentle backbends, and a long final rest. Teachers cue alignment in plain language and demo the prop version before the full expression. All levels welcome — about half of every Foundations class is trying yoga for the first time, and that is exactly who it is for.

/ 02

Prenatal Yoga

Gentle movement for expecting mothers, any trimester. No deep twists, no belly-down postures, no overheating — just supported, breath-led movement with bolsters and blankets doing half the work. Check with your doctor or midwife first, then bring your questions. The teacher has heard all of them.

/ 03

Massage Therapy

By appointment — 60 or 90 minutes of focused table work. Desk backs, tight hips, shoulders that forgot how to drop. You tell us what is sore when you book; the therapist builds the session around it. Call (555) 010-2030 — same-day openings appear more often than you would expect.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

How much is a drop-in class?–

$22 (sample). Any Hatha or prenatal class on the schedule, mat and props included. No membership needed for your first visit.

Do I need yoga experience?+

No. Hatha Foundations is built for first-timers: postures broken down slowly, props encouraged, resting whenever you like. Just tell the teacher it is your first class.

Is prenatal yoga safe during pregnancy?+

For most pregnancies, yes — but check with your doctor or midwife first. Our prenatal classes skip deep twists and belly-down work, keep the room comfortable, and lean heavily on props. Mention how far along you are when you arrive.

How do I book a massage?+

Call (555) 010-2030. Massage runs by appointment in 60- or 90-minute sessions; 60 minutes is $95 (sample). Describe what is sore when you book so the therapist can prepare.

What should I bring?+

Water and clothes you can move in. Eat lightly an hour or two before class. The studio has mats, blocks, straps, and blankets — you do not need to buy gear to start.
