Process

- 02 — Scope. One written proposal: materials by brand and line, ventilation plan, fixed price. No ballooning allowances.
- 03 — Build. Tear-off, decking check, underlayment, flashing, shingles, magnetic nail sweep. Watertight the same day.
- 04 — Back it. Walkthrough with photos, warranty registration, and our workmanship warranty in writing.
