- Skylights. VIP Certified Velux installer; flashings integrated to spec.
- Gutters & moss. Cleaning, repair, treatment — seasonal service.
- Flat & torch-on. Heat-welded membrane and single-ply systems.
- 24/7 emergency. Active leak in a rainstorm? We come out any hour, tarp it and stop the damage, then plan the permanent repair when it is dry.

Does a leak mean a new roof?Not necessarily — you would not replace a car for new brakes. We trace the leak, photograph it, and tell you whether a repair holds or the roof is done.
Why do estimates change mid-job elsewhere?Because they were guesses, not measurements. Our quotes follow an on-site inspection and are fixed in writing before we start.
What is the warranty?Ten years on workmanship, in writing. If our installation leaks within ten years, we return and make it right at no charge — no excuses.
Gutters and moss — worth it?The cheapest roof insurance there is.
